2022 Archive
In 2022, the Everyday Futures Fest explored the topic of ‘Sustainability’ and how this word relates to Environmental Sustainability by looking within our Communities, Sustaining Language, and Culture, and how all these themes intersect with art, science, and relationship building. In total, the festival culminated in 4 exhibitions, 50+ workshops and events led by DVAA and partner organizations, 25 temporary murals and banners highlighting immigrants creating positive social change, and a block party presenting performances, activities, workstations, tabling artists, and local organizations.
